commit 9b389a8a022110b4bc055a19b888283544d9eba6 upstream.

The probe code of snd-usb-6fire driver overrides the devices[] pointer
wrongly without checking whether it's already occupied or not. This
would screw up the device disconnection later.

Spotted by coverity CID 141423.

commit ddb6b5a964371e8e52e696b2b258bda144c8bd3f upstream.

Patch fixes 6fire not to use stack as URB transfer_buffer. URB buffers need to
be DMA-able, which stack is not. Furthermore, transfer_buffer should not be
allocated as part of larger device structure because DMA coherency issues and
patch fixes this issue too.

commit be2f93a4c4981b3646b6f98f477154411b8516cb upstream.

Return SNDRV_PCM_POS_XRUN (snd_pcm_uframes_t) instead of
SNDRV_PCM_STATE_XRUN (snd_pcm_state_t) from the pointer
function of 6fire, as expected by snd_pcm_update_hw_ptr0().

Caught by sparse.

Lots of sound drivers were getting module.h via the implicit presence
of it in &lt;linux/device.h&gt; but we are going to clean that up. So
fix up those users now.

Fixed remaining issues of the signedness bug discovered by Dan Carpenter.
A check was remaining that tests if unsigned rt-&gt;rate is &gt;= 0.
Changed that so that rt-&gt;rate now consistently uses ARRAY_SIZE(rates)
as invalid rate value and not -1.

<title>ALSA: 6fire: Fix double-free bug in usb6fire_fw_ezusb_upload()</title>

We have a double-free bug in
sound/usb/6fire/firmware.c::usb6fire_fw_ezusb_upload().
We already call release_firmware(fw) on line 258, so when we then do it
again after usb6fire_fw_ezusb_write() returns &lt;0, we have a double-free.
Easily fixed by just removing the last call to release_firmware().
