[ Upstream commit 1534ff77757e44bcc4b98d0196bc5c0052fce5fa ]

syzbot reported a possible shift-out-of-bounds [1]

Blamed commit added rto_alpha_max and rto_beta_max set to 1000.

It is unclear if some sctp users are setting very large rto_alpha
and/or rto_beta.

In order to prevent user regression, perform the test at run time.

Also add READ_ONCE() annotations as sysctl values can change under us.

[ Upstream commit 4e7696d90b51a1a73ce0e8174f3aff58b914619c ]

Commit 312434617cb1 ("sctp: cache netns in sctp_ep_common") set netns
in asoc and ep base since they're created, and it will never change.
It's a better way to get netns from asoc and ep base, comparing to
calling sock_net().

This patch is to replace them.

chunk->skb pointer is dereferenced in the if-block where it's supposed
to be NULL only.

chunk->skb can only be NULL if chunk->head_skb is not. Check for frag_list
instead and do it just before replacing chunk->skb. We're sure that
otherwise chunk->skb is non-NULL because of outer if() condition.

[ Upstream commit af295892a7abbf05a3c2ba7abc4d81bb448623d6 ]

Function __sctp_write_space() doesn't set poll key, which leads to
ep_poll_callback() waking up all waiters, not only these waiting
for the socket being writable. Set the key properly using
wake_up_interruptible_poll(), which is preferred over the sync
variant, as writers are not woken up before at least half of the
queue is available. Also, TCP does the same.
