<title>ipv6 mcast: use in6_dev_put in timer handlers instead of __in6_dev_put</title>

[ Upstream commit 9260d3e1013701aa814d10c8fc6a9f92bd17d643 ]

It is possible for the timer handlers to run after the call to
ipv6_mc_down so use in6_dev_put instead of __in6_dev_put in the
handler function in order to do proper cleanup when the refcnt
reaches 0. Otherwise, the refcnt can reach zero without the
inet6_dev being destroyed and we end up leaking a reference to
the net_device and see messages like the following,

unregister_netdevice: waiting for eth0 to become free. Usage count = 1

Tested on linux-3.4.43.

<title>bonding: remap muticast addresses without using dev_close() and dev_open()</title>

This patch fixes commit e36b9d16c6a6d0f59803b3ef04ff3c22c3844c10. The approach
there is to call dev_close()/dev_open() whenever the device type is changed in
order to remap the device IP multicast addresses to HW multicast addresses.
This approach suffers from 2 drawbacks:

*. It assumes tha the device is UP when calling dev_close(), or otherwise
   dev_close() has no affect. It is worth to mention that initscripts (Redhat)
   and sysconfig (Suse) doesn't act the same in this matter.
*. dev_close() has other side affects, like deleting entries from the routing
   table, which might be unnecessary.

The fix here is to directly remap the IP multicast addresses to HW multicast
addresses for a bonding device that changes its type, and nothing else.

<title>mcastv6: Local variable shadows function argument</title>

The local variable 'idev' shadows the function argument 'idev' to
ip6_mc_add_src(). Fixed by removing the local declaration, as pmc-&gt;idev
should be identical with 'idev' passed as argument.

Define three accessors to get/set dst attached to a skb

struct dst_entry *skb_dst(const struct sk_buff *skb)

void skb_dst_set(struct sk_buff *skb, struct dst_entry *dst)

void skb_dst_drop(struct sk_buff *skb)
This one should replace occurrences of :
dst_release(skb-&gt;dst)
skb-&gt;dst = NULL;

Delete skb-&gt;dst field

The IP MIB (RFC 4293) defines stats for InOctets, OutOctets, InMcastOctets and
OutMcastOctets:
http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc4293
But it seems we don't track those in any way that easy to separate from other
protocols. This patch adds those missing counters to the stats file. Tested
successfully by me

Pass netns to xfrm_lookup()/__xfrm_lookup(). For that pass netns
to flow_cache_lookup() and resolver callback.

Take it from socket or netdevice. Stub DECnet to init_net.

gcc warns when using the # modifier with the %p format specifier,
so we can't use this to omit the colons when needed, introduces
%pi6 instead.
