<title>bcachefs: thread_with_stdio: fix spinning instead of exiting</title>

bch2_stdio_redirect_vprintf() was missing a check for stdio-&gt;done, i.e.
exiting.

This caused the thread attempting to print to spin, and since it was
being called from the kthread ran by thread_with_stdio, the userspace
side hung as well.

Change it to return -EPIPE - i.e. writing to a pipe that's been closed.

<title>[tree-wide] finally take no_llseek out</title>

no_llseek had been defined to NULL two years ago, in commit 868941b14441
("fs: remove no_llseek")

To quote that commit,

  At -rc1 we'll need do a mechanical removal of no_llseek -

  git grep -l -w no_llseek | grep -v porting.rst | while read i; do
	sed -i '/\&lt;no_llseek\&gt;/d' $i
  done

  would do it.

Unfortunately, that hadn't been done. Linus, could you do that now, so
that we could finally put that thing to rest? All instances are of the
form
	.llseek = no_llseek,
so it's obviously safe.

Use jiffies macros instead of using jiffies directly to handle wraparound.

We now read the line from the buffer atomically, which means we have to
allow the buffer to grow past STDIO_REDIRECT_BUFSIZE if we're waiting
for a full line - this behaviour is necessary for
stdio_redirect_readline_timeout() in the next patch.

Add a flush op, to return the exit code via close().

Also update bcachefs usage to use this to return fsck exit codes.
