[ Upstream commit 030e4138d11fced3b831c2761e4cecf347bae99c ]

If an error occurs after a pci_enable_pcie_error_reporting() call, it must
be undone by a corresponding pci_disable_pcie_error_reporting() call, as
already done in the remove function.

commit 84bd64993f916bcf86270c67686ecf4cea7b8933 upstream.

In beiscsi_setup_boot_info(), the boot_kset pointer should be set to
NULL in case of failure otherwise an invalid pointer dereference may
occur later.

While posting WRB the next_pointer of the current WRB should point
to itself and the previous WRB next_pointer should point to the
current WRB.

The next pointer value was retrieved during alloc_pdu and was updated
in wrb before ringing the doorbell. The fix retrieves the
next_pointer just before ringing the doorbell and updates in the WRB.
