[ Upstream commit f6cc4b6a3ae53df425771000e9c9540cce9b7bb1 ]

In fjes_hw_setup, it allocates several memory and delay the deallocation
to the fjes_hw_exit in fjes_probe through the following call chain:

fjes_probe
  |-> fjes_hw_init
        |-> fjes_hw_setup
  |-> fjes_hw_exit

However, when fjes_hw_setup fails, fjes_hw_exit won't be called and thus
all the resources allocated in fjes_hw_setup will be leaked. In this
patch, we free those resources in fjes_hw_setup and prevents such leaks.

I find that platform_get_irq() will not always succeed.
It will return error irq in case of the failure.
Therefore, it might be better to check it if order to avoid the use of
error irq.

blindly march on with NULL queue pointer(s) installed in the

Variables my_epid and max_epid are currently assigned and not being
used - however, I suspect they were intended to be used in the for-loops
to reduce the dereferencing of hw. Replace hw->my_epid and hw->max_epid
with these variables.

Cleans up clang warnings:
warning: variable 'my_epid' set but not used [-Wunused-but-set-variable]
variable 'max_epid' set but not used [-Wunused-but-set-variable]

A common pattern with skb_put() is to just want to memcpy()
some data into the new space, introduce skb_put_data() for
this.

An spatch similar to the one for skb_put_zero() converts many
of the places using it:

The extended device socket cannot turn on/off while system is running.
So when system boots up and the device is not power on, the fjes driver
does not need be loaded.

To check the status of the device, the patch adds ACPI _STA method check.
