timer_delete[_sync]() replaces del_timer[_sync](). Convert the whole tree
over and remove the historical wrapper inlines.

Conversion was done with coccinelle plus manual fixups where necessary.

of_gpio.h is deprecated. Since there is no of_gpio_x API, drop
unused of_gpio.h. While at here, drop gpio.h and gpio/consumer.h if
no user in driver.

<title>net: ethernet: Switch back to struct platform_driver::remove()</title>

After commit 0edb555a65d1 ("platform: Make platform_driver::remove()
return void") .remove() is (again) the right callback to implement for
platform drivers.

Convert all platform drivers below drivers/net/ethernet to use
.remove(), with the eventual goal to drop struct
platform_driver::remove_new(). As .remove() and .remove_new() have the
same prototypes, conversion is done by just changing the structure
member name in the driver initializer.

asm/unaligned.h is always an include of asm-generic/unaligned.h;
might as well move that thing to linux/unaligned.h and include
that - there's nothing arch-specific in that header.
