Patch was based on wrong presumption that be_poll can be called only
from bh context. It reintroducing old regression (also reverted) and
causing deadlock when we use netconsole with benet in bonding.

Old revert: commit 072a9c486004 ("netpoll: revert 6bdb7fe3104 and fix
be_poll() instead")

If an error occurs after a 'pci_enable_pcie_error_reporting()' call, it
must be undone by a corresponding 'pci_disable_pcie_error_reporting()'
call, as already done in the remove function.

infra directly. Remove the old callbacks.

the new pseudo-keyword macro fallthrough[1]. Also, remove unnecessary

<title>be2net: convert to new udp_tunnel_nic infra</title>

Convert be2net to new udp_tunnel_nic infra. NIC only takes one VxLAN
port. Remove the port tracking using a list. The warning in
be_work_del_vxlan_port() looked suspicious - like the driver expected
ports to be removed in order of addition.

be2net unregisters ports when going down and re-registers them (for
skyhawk) when coming up, but it never checks if the device is up
in the add_port / del_port callbacks. Make it use
UDP_TUNNEL_NIC_INFO_OPEN_ONLY. Sadly this driver calls its own
open/close functions directly so the udp_tunnel_nic_reset_ntf()
workaround is needed.

<title>benet: use generic power management</title>

With legacy PM, drivers themselves were responsible for managing the
device's power states and takes care of register states.

After upgrading to the generic structure, PCI core will take care of
required tasks and drivers should do only device-specific operations.

Thus, there is no need to call the PCI helper functions like
pci_enable/disable_device(), pci_save/restore_sate() and
pci_set_power_state().

Compile-tested only.

<title>treewide: replace '---help---' in Kconfig files with 'help'</title>

Since commit 84af7a6194e4 ("checkpatch: kconfig: prefer 'help' over
'---help---'"), the number of '---help---' has been gradually
decreasing, but there are still more than 2400 instances.

This commit finishes the conversion. While I touched the lines,
I also fixed the indentation.

There are a variety of indentation styles found.

  a) 4 spaces + '---help---'
  b) 7 spaces + '---help---'
  c) 8 spaces + '---help---'
  d) 1 space + 1 tab + '---help---'
  e) 1 tab + '---help---'    (correct indentation)
  f) 1 tab + 1 space + '---help---'
  g) 1 tab + 2 spaces + '---help---'

In order to convert all of them to 1 tab + 'help', I ran the
following commend:

  $ find . -name 'Kconfig*' | xargs sed -i 's/^[[:space:]]*---help---/\thelp/'
