commit d8ec2c02caa3515f35d6c33eedf529394c419298 upstream.

Replace free_skb with dev_kfree_skb_any in be_tx_compl_process as
which can be called in hard irq by netpoll, softirq context
by normal napi polling, and in normal sleepable context
by the network device close method.

[ Upstream commit cd8f76c0a0c6fce0b2cf23c9bd0123f91453f46d ]

As soon as hardware is notified of a transmit, we no longer can assume
skb can be dereferenced, as TX completion might have freed the packet.

<title>ethtool: Null-terminate filename passed to ethtool_ops::flash_device</title>

commit 786f528119722f564a22ad953411374e06116333 upstream.

The parameters for ETHTOOL_FLASHDEV include a filename, which ought to
be null-terminated. Currently the only driver that implements
ethtool_ops::flash_device attempts to add a null terminator if
necessary, but does it wrongly. Do it in the ethtool core instead.

Indicate to HW that the CQ is cleaned up before posting new RX buffers.
This prevents the HW to go into CQ full error condition.

If user tries to disable multicast promiscous mode, the adapter remains
in this mode as resetting the multicast promiscous mode was missing
in RX filter command. Fixed this.

The device.h header was including module.h, making it present for
most of these drivers. But we want to clean that up. Call out the
include of module.h in the modular network drivers.

Allow for MAC Address change of VF(SR-IOV case) on the fly- First add and then
delete MAC Address to allow for 'out of pool' errors.
When MAC Addr configured from a VM, the MAC on the NIC will aleady have
the supplied MAC,so just copy the supplied MAC to the netdev structure
before returning success to the stack
