<title>Convert 'alloc_obj' family to use the new default GFP_KERNEL argument</title>

This was done entirely with mindless brute force, using

    git grep -l '\&lt;k[vmz]*alloc_objs*(.*, GFP_KERNEL)' |
        xargs sed -i 's/\(alloc_objs*(.*\), GFP_KERNEL)/\1)/'

to convert the new alloc_obj() users that had a simple GFP_KERNEL
argument to just drop that argument.

Note that due to the extreme simplicity of the scripting, any slightly
more complex cases spread over multiple lines would not be triggered:
they definitely exist, but this covers the vast bulk of the cases, and
the resulting diff is also then easier to check automatically.

For the same reason the 'flex' versions will be done as a separate
conversion.

<title>treewide: Replace kmalloc with kmalloc_obj for non-scalar types</title>

This is the result of running the Coccinelle script from
scripts/coccinelle/api/kmalloc_objs.cocci. The script is designed to
avoid scalar types (which need careful case-by-case checking), and
instead replace kmalloc-family calls that allocate struct or union
object instances:

Single allocations:	kmalloc(sizeof(TYPE), ...)
are replaced with:	kmalloc_obj(TYPE, ...)

Array allocations:	kmalloc_array(COUNT, sizeof(TYPE), ...)
are replaced with:	kmalloc_objs(TYPE, COUNT, ...)

Flex array allocations:	kmalloc(struct_size(PTR, FAM, COUNT), ...)
are replaced with:	kmalloc_flex(*PTR, FAM, COUNT, ...)

(where TYPE may also be *VAR)

The resulting allocations no longer return "void *", instead returning
"TYPE *".

The em28xx driver uses the old-style gpio_request_one() interface to
switch the lna on the PCTV 290E card.

This interface is becoming optional and should no longer be called by
portable drivers. As I could not figure out an obvious replacement,
select the new GPIOLIB_LEGACY symbol as a workaround.

Since commit 88785982a19d ("media: vb2: use lock if wait_prepare/finish
are NULL") it is no longer needed to set the wait_prepare/finish
vb2_ops callbacks as long as the lock field in vb2_queue is set.

Since the vb2_ops_wait_prepare/finish callbacks already rely on that field,
we can safely drop these callbacks.

This simplifies the code and this is a step towards the goal of deleting
these callbacks.

Fixes changing the Line Out audio source with the video input
on MyGica UTV3 board. Previously, GPIOs were only set in
em28xx_set_audio_source(), which only boards with USB audio
support reach.

The MyGica UTV3 Analog USB2.0 TV Box is a USB video capture card
that has analog TV, composite video, and FM radio inputs, an IR
remote, and provides audio only as Line Out, but not over USB.
Mine is prepared for an FM tuner, but not equipped with one.
Support for FM radio is therefore missing. The device contains:
 - Empia EM2860 USB bridge
 - Philips SAA7113 video decoder
 - NXP TDA9801T demodulator
 - Tena TNF931D-DFDR1 tuner
 - ST HCF4052 demux, switches input audio to Line Out

Static analyzers generate alerts for an unchecked call to
`media_device_register()`. However, in this case, the device will work
reliably without the media controller API.

Add a comment above the call to prevent future unnecessary changes.

The subdev .[gs]_frame_interval are video operations, but they operate
on pads (and even on streams). Not only is this confusing, it causes
practical issues for drivers as the operations don't receive a subdev
state pointer, requiring manual state handling.

To improve the situation, turn the operations into pad operations, and
extend them to receive a state pointer like other pad operations.

While at it, rename the operations to .[gs]et_frame_interval at the same
time to match the naming scheme of other pad operations. This isn't
strictly necessary, but given that all drivers using those operations
need to be modified, handling the rename separately would generate more
churn for very little gain (if at all).

The Kconfig option that enables compiling camera sensor drivers is
VIDEO_CAMERA_SENSOR rather than MEDIA_CAMERA_SUPPORT as it was previously.
Fix this.

Also select VIDEO_OV7670 for marvell platform drivers only if
MEDIA_SUBDRV_AUTOSELECT and VIDEO_CAMERA_SENSOR are enabled.
