Merge window -fixes pull request as usual. Well, I did sneak in Jani's
drm_i915_private_t typedef removal, need to have fun with a big sed job
too ;-)

Otherwise:
- hdmi interlaced fixes (Jesse&amp;Ville)
- pipe error/underrun/crc tracking fixes, regression in late 3.14-rc (but
not cc: stable since only really relevant for igt runs)
- large cursor wm fixes (Chris)
- fix gpu turbo boost/throttle again, was getting stuck due to vlv rps
  patches (Chris+Imre)
- fix runtime pm fallout (Paulo)
- bios framebuffer inherit fix (Chris)
- a few smaller things

<title>drm: Replace crtc fb with primary plane fb (v3)</title>

Now that CRTC's have a primary plane, there's no need to track the
framebuffer in the CRTC. Replace all references to the CRTC fb with the
primary plane's fb.

This patch was generated by the Coccinelle semantic patching tool using
the following rules:

        @@ struct drm_crtc C; @@
        - (C).fb
        + C.primary-&gt;fb

        @@ struct drm_crtc *C; @@
        - (C)-&gt;fb
        + C-&gt;primary-&gt;fb

v3: Generate patch via coccinelle. Actual removal of crtc-&gt;fb has been
    moved to a subsequent patch.

v2: Fixup several lingering crtc-&gt;fb instances that were missed in the
    first patch iteration. [Rob Clark]

Linux 3.14

The vt-d w/a merged late in 3.14-rc needs a bit of fine-tuning, hence
backmerge.

Conflicts:
	drivers/gpu/drm/i915/i915_gem_gtt.c
	drivers/gpu/drm/i915/intel_ddi.c
	drivers/gpu/drm/i915/intel_dp.c

All trivial adjacent lines changed type conflicts, so trivial git
doesn't even show them in the merg commit.

this stops the device from being deleted before all the dma-bufs
on it are freed, this fixes an oops when you unplug a udl device while
it has imported a buffer from another device.

Probably a typo.. we obviously need "(bpp + 7) / 8" instead of
"(bpp + 1) / 8". Unlikely to be hit in any sane code, but lets be safe.
Use DIV_ROUND_UP() to avoid the problem entirely and make the core more
readable.

For drivers which might want to disable fbdev legacy support.

Select the new option in all drivers for now, so this shouldn't result
in any change. Drivers need some work anyway to make fbdev support
optional (if they have it implemented, that is), so the recommended
way to expose this is by adding per-driver options. At least as long
as most drivers don't support disabling the fbdev support.

v2: Update for new drm drivers msm and rcar-du. Note that Rob's msm
driver can already take advantage of this, which allows us to build
msm without any fbdev depencies in the kernel!

v3: Move the MODULE_* stuff from the fbdev helper file to
drm_crtc_helper.c.

All drivers embed gem-objects into their own buffer objects. There is no
reason to keep drm_gem_object_alloc(), gem-&gt;driver_private and
-&gt;gem_init_object() anymore.

New drivers are highly encouraged to do the same. There is no benefit in
allocating gem-objects separately.
