[PATCH] xtensa: fix system call interface

This is a long outstanding patch to finally fix the syscall interface. The constants used for the system calls are those we have provided in our libc patches. [PATCH] xtensa: remove old syscalls

This patch fixes some minor bugs introduced by the previous patch (remove old syscalls). Both patches remove the obsolete syscalls. The changes in this patch were suggested by Arnd Bergmann.
