The functions time_before, time_before_eq, time_after, and
time_after_eq are more robust for comparing jiffies against other
values.

So following patch implements usage of the time_after() macro, defined
at linux/jiffies.h, which deals with wrapping correctly

Remove includes of <linux/smp_lock.h> where it is not used/needed.
Suggested by Al Viro.

Builds cleanly on x86_64, i386, alpha, ia64, powerpc, sparc,
sparc64, and arm (all 59 defconfigs).

Userspace is forbidden from making unaligned loads and
stores. So if we get an unaligned trap due to a
{get,put}_user(), signal a fault and run the exception
handler.

We were not calling kernel_mna_trap_fault() correctly.
Instead of being fancy, just return 0 vs. -EFAULT from
the assembler stubs, and handle that return value as
appropriate.

Create an "__retl_efault" stub for assembler exception
table entries and use it where possible.
