commit c32d18e7942d7589b62e301eb426b32623366565 upstream.

Every other arch declares struct termio in asm/termios.h, so make sparc
match them.

Resolves a build failure in the PPP software package, which includes
both bits/ioctl-types.h via sys/ioctl.h (glibc) and asm/termbits.h.

<title>sparc32: fix struct ipc64_perm type definition</title>

[ Upstream commit 34ca70ef7d3a9fa7e89151597db5e37ae1d429b4 ]

As discussed in the strace issue tracker, it appears that the sparc32
sysvipc support has been broken for the past 11 years. It was however
working in compat mode, which is how it must have escaped most of the
regular testing.

The problem is that a cleanup patch inadvertently changed the uid/gid
fields in struct ipc64_perm from 32-bit types to 16-bit types in uapi
headers.

Both glibc and uclibc-ng still use the original types, so they should
work fine with compat mode, but not natively. Change the definitions
to use __kernel_uid32_t and __kernel_gid32_t again.

<title>net: Add a new socket option for a future transmit time.</title>

This patch introduces SO_TXTIME. User space enables this option in
order to pass a desired future transmit time in a CMSG when calling
sendmsg(2). The argument to this socket option is a 8-bytes long struct
provided by the uapi header net_tstamp.h defined as:

struct sock_txtime {
	clockid_t 	clockid;
	u32		flags;
};

Note that new fields were added to struct sock by filling a 2-bytes
hole found in the struct. For that reason, neither the struct size or
number of cachelines were altered.

Pull siginfo updates from Eric Biederman:
 "This set of changes close the known issues with setting si_code to an
  invalid value, and with not fully initializing struct siginfo. There
  remains work to do on nds32, arc, unicore32, powerpc, arm, arm64, ia64
  and x86 to get the code that generates siginfo into a simpler and more
  maintainable state. Most of that work involves refactoring the signal
  handling code and thus careful code review.

  Also not included is the work to shrink the in kernel version of
  struct siginfo. That depends on getting the number of places that
  directly manipulate struct siginfo under control, as it requires the
  introduction of struct kernel_siginfo for the in kernel things.

  Overall this set of changes looks like it is making good progress, and
  with a little luck I will be wrapping up the siginfo work next
  development cycle"

sparc, uses a nonstandard variation of the generic sysvipc
data structures, intended to have the padding moved around
so it can deal with big-endian 32-bit user space that has
64-bit time_t.

Unlike most architectures, sparc actually succeeded in
defining this right for big-endian CPUs, but as everyone else
got it wrong, we just use the same hack everywhere.

This takes just take the same approach here that we have for
the asm-generic headers and adds separate 32-bit fields for the
upper halves of the timestamps, to let libc deal with the mess
in user space.
