commit 45547a0a93d85f704b49788cde2e1d9ab9cd363b upstream.

With CONFIG_FSL_IFC now being user-visible, and thus changed from a select
to depends in CONFIG_MTD_NAND_FSL_IFC, the dependencies needs to be
selected in defconfigs.

<title>Remove DECnet support from kernel</title>

commit 1202cdd665315c525b5237e96e0bedc76d7e754f upstream.

DECnet is an obsolete network protocol that receives more attention
from kernel janitors than users. It belongs in computer protocol
history museum not in Linux kernel.

It has been "Orphaned" in kernel since 2010. The iproute2 support
for DECnet was dropped in 5.0 release. The documentation link on
Sourceforge says it is abandoned there as well.

Leave the UAPI alone to keep userspace programs compiling.
This means that there is still an empty neighbour table
for AF_DECNET.

The table of /proc/sys/net entries was updated to match
current directories and reformatted to be alphabetical.

[ Upstream commit d0e28a6145c3455b69991245e7f6147eb914b34a ]

CONFIG_MTD_PHYSMAP_OF is not longer enabled as it depends on
MTD_PHYSMAP which is not enabled.

This is a regression from commit 642b1e8dbed7 ("mtd: maps: Merge
physmap_of.c into physmap-core.c"), which added the extra dependency.
Add CONFIG_MTD_PHYSMAP=y so this stays in the config, as Christophe said
it is useful for build coverage.

Pull powerpc updates from Michael Ellerman:

 - A series from Nick adding ARCH_WANT_IRQS_OFF_ACTIVATE_MM &amp; selecting
it for powerpc, as well as a related fix for sparc.

 - Remove support for PowerPC 601.

 - Some fixes for watchpoints &amp; addition of a new ptrace flag for
detecting ISA v3.1 (Power10) watchpoint features.

 - A fix for kernels using 4K pages and the hash MMU on bare metal
Power9 systems with &gt; 16TB of RAM, or RAM on the 2nd node.

 - A basic idle driver for shallow stop states on Power10.

 - Tweaks to our sched domains code to better inform the scheduler about
the hardware topology on Power9/10, where two SMT4 cores can be
presented by firmware as an SMT8 core.

 - A series doing further reworks &amp; cleanups of our EEH code.

 - Addition of a filter for RTAS (firmware) calls done via sys_rtas(),
to prevent root from overwriting kernel memory.

 - Other smaller features, fixes &amp; cleanups.

<title>vgacon: remove software scrollback support</title>

Yunhai Zhang recently fixed a VGA software scrollback bug in commit
ebfdfeeae8c0 ("vgacon: Fix for missing check in scrollback handling"),
but that then made people look more closely at some of this code, and
there were more problems on the vgacon side, but also the fbcon software
scrollback.

We don't really have anybody who maintains this code - probably because
nobody actually _uses_ it any more. Sure, people still use both VGA and
the framebuffer consoles, but they are no longer the main user
interfaces to the kernel, and haven't been for decades, so these kinds
of extra features end up bitrotting and not really being used.

So rather than try to maintain a likely unused set of code, I'll just
aggressively remove it, and see if anybody even notices. Maybe there
are people who haven't jumped on the whole GUI badnwagon yet, and think
it's just a fad. And maybe those people use the scrollback code.

If that turns out to be the case, we can resurrect this again, once
we've found the sucker^Wmaintainer for it who actually uses it.

I've forgotten to manually enable NVME when building pseries kernels
for machines with NVME adapters. Since it's a reasonably common
configuration, enable it by default.
