Add the missing header "asm/time.h" which defines the function
prototypes of get_c0_perfcount_int() and get_c0_compare_int().
This patch fixes the following build warnings:

arch/mips/ralink/irq.c:86:5: error: no previous prototype for 'get_c0_perfcount_int' [-Werror=missing-prototypes]
   86 | int get_c0_perfcount_int(void)
      | ^~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
arch/mips/ralink/irq.c:92:14: error: no previous prototype for 'get_c0_compare_int' [-Werror=missing-prototypes]
   92 | unsigned int get_c0_compare_int(void)
      | ^~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

<title>MIPS: Switch to irq_domain_create_*()</title>

irq_domain_add_*() interfaces are going away as being obsolete now.
Switch to the preferred irq_domain_create_*() ones. Those differ in the
node parameter: They take more generic struct fwnode_handle instead of
struct device_node. Therefore, of_fwnode_handle() is added around the
original parameter.

Note some of the users can likely use dev-&gt;fwnode directly instead of
indirect of_fwnode_handle(dev-&gt;of_node). But dev-&gt;fwnode is not
guaranteed to be set for all, so this has to be investigated on case to
case basis (by people who can actually test with the HW).

<title>clocksource/drivers/ralink: Add Ralink System Tick Counter driver</title>

System Tick Counter is present on Ralink SoCs RT3352 and MT7620. This
driver has been in 'arch/mips/ralink' directory since the beggining of
Ralink architecture support. However, it can be moved into a more proper
place in 'drivers/clocksource'. Hence add it here adding also support for
compile test targets and reducing LOC in architecture code folder.

of_gpio.h is deprecated and subject to remove.
The driver doesn't use it, simply remove the unused header.

<title>MIPS: More explicit DT include clean-ups</title>

A couple more clean-ups in the MIPS code.

The DT of_device.h and of_platform.h date back to the separate
of_platform_bus_type before it was merged into the regular platform bus.
As part of that merge prepping Arm DT support 13 years ago, they
"temporarily" include each other. They also include platform_device.h
and of.h. As a result, there's a pretty much random mix of those include
files used throughout the tree. In order to detangle these headers and
replace the implicit includes with struct declarations, users need to
explicitly include the correct includes.
