Since /dev/kmem has been removed, let's remove the xlate_dev_kmem_ptr()
leftovers.

<title>ia64: module: fix symbolizer crash on fdescr</title>

Noticed failure as a crash on ia64 when tried to symbolize all backtraces
collected by page_owner=on:

    $ cat /sys/kernel/debug/page_owner
    &lt;oops&gt;

    CPU: 1 PID: 2074 Comm: cat Not tainted 5.12.0-rc4 #226
    Hardware name: hp server rx3600, BIOS 04.03 04/08/2008
    ip is at dereference_module_function_descriptor+0x41/0x100

Crash happens at dereference_module_function_descriptor() due to
use-after-free when dereferencing ".opd" section header.

All section headers are already freed after module is laoded successfully.

To keep symbolizer working the change stores ".opd" address and size after
module is relocated to a new place and before section headers are
discarded.

To make similar errors less obscure module_finalize() now zeroes out all
variables relevant to module loading only.

<title>ia64: fix user_stack_pointer() for ptrace()</title>

ia64 has two stacks:

 - memory stack (or stack), pointed at by by r12

 - register backing store (register stack), pointed at by
   ar.bsp/ar.bspstore with complications around dirty
   register frame on CPU.

In [1] Dmitry noticed that PTRACE_GET_SYSCALL_INFO returns the register
stack instead memory stack.

The bug comes from the fact that user_stack_pointer() and
current_user_stack_pointer() don't return the same register:

  ulong user_stack_pointer(struct pt_regs *regs) { return regs-&gt;ar_bspstore; }
  #define current_user_stack_pointer() (current_pt_regs()-&gt;r12)

The change gets both back in sync.

I think ptrace(PTRACE_GET_SYSCALL_INFO) is the only affected user by
this bug on ia64.

The change fixes 'rt_sigreturn.gen.test' strace test where it was
observed initially.

In https://bugs.gentoo.org/769614 Dmitry noticed that
`ptrace(PTRACE_GET_SYSCALL_INFO)` does not return error sign properly.

The bug is in mismatch between get/set errors:

static inline long syscall_get_error(struct task_struct *task,
                                     struct pt_regs *regs)
{
        return regs-&gt;r10 == -1 ? regs-&gt;r8:0;
}

static inline long syscall_get_return_value(struct task_struct *task,
                                            struct pt_regs *regs)
{
        return regs-&gt;r8;
}

static inline void syscall_set_return_value(struct task_struct *task,
                                            struct pt_regs *regs,
                                            int error, long val)
{
        if (error) {
                /* error &lt; 0, but ia64 uses &gt; 0 return value */
                regs-&gt;r8 = -error;
                regs-&gt;r10 = -1;
        } else {
                regs-&gt;r8 = val;
                regs-&gt;r10 = 0;
        }
}

Tested on v5.10 on rx3600 machine (ia64 9040 CPU).

<title>mm: fix prototype warning from kernel test robot</title>

Patch series "mm: clean up names and parameters of memmap_init_xxxx functions", v5.

This patchset corrects inappropriate function names of memmap_init_xxx,
and simplify parameters of functions in the code flow. And also fix a
prototype warning reported by lkp.

This patch (of 5);

Kernel test robot calling make with 'W=1' is triggering warning like
below for memmap_init_zone() function.

  mm/page_alloc.c:6259:23: warning: no previous prototype for 'memmap_init_zone' [-Wmissing-prototypes]
   6259 | void __meminit __weak memmap_init_zone(unsigned long size, int nid,
        |                       ^~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Fix it by adding the function declaration in include/linux/mm.h. Since
memmap_init_zone() has a generic version with '__weak', the declaratoin in
ia64 header file can be simply removed.
